We have not yet reached the agreement we need to retain and recruit. We have reached agreements on important areas of this economic reopener, but Providence Swedish has to do better on important proposals like incentive shift and targeted market adjustments to keep our departments and our patients safe. We go back to the table Thursday to work towards a contract that respects our work and that we can confidently recommend to our coworkers for ratification.
